Please Note: We do not provide cash assistance we provide physical items and we require communication through email address and phone. We do not have the capabilities to fill international request at this time.
During these tough economic seasons, we understand the need for additional support.
Here at Thriving Transmen of Color, we have stepped up to help our folks and partner with other organizations to provide as many resources as possible. We believe that this kind of community-based mutual aid organizing is the best way to ensure that the needs of our community are met.
By filling out this form, you are plugging into a network made up of folks who are like you and who want to keep their friends and neighbors afloat while we all struggle through this time. Even if we cannot help, we will refer you to an organization in your area.
We are a grass-root organization with limited resources and a very micro budget, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible please allow us some grace.
Please note: Mutual aid is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and some items we might need help with in order to fill your request however if we require to assist we will referral to someone who can help. We have many affiliated organizations we can refer you to. At this time, we have limited delivery capacity so we may request that if you live in Hampton Roads and are able to pick up your items you do so. We cannot guarantee that all items you receive will be brand new, but they will be in clean and/or working condition. Due to limited funding, we are only able to fill one request per person once every 12 months. Please understand we have over 1900 members and this is so we are able to assist as many people as possible.
